Now I'm using Megan racing coilvoers because I'm using Z32 rear knckles and they offer z32 lower mounts in the rear and extended bracket in the front

I'd like to change Megan on your Comp coilovers, but I've got 9,5 +30 wheels on the front and would like to stay on that ET. Better handling and anyway I've got 6 wheels for the front, so i can't just change the wheels for other ET.
And z32 lower mounts are already in sale =)

we do offer Z32 rear mounts, but we may be stuck on that front mount style in our traditional extruded one piece aluminum front lower because the tooling for that gem is really expensive to change. However, just give me the measurement from mounting hole center to the damper center line and I'll see what I can do.

So finally I could measure distance.
So the distance between damper center and upper hole is 82 and lower is 88mm

ours is 58 and 60
to change this would have to be in steel, not aluminum as it is now.

Can you produce a kit in steel?

So if you find unreasonable to produce the brackets, I'll try to find guys localy who can.
Maybe you can tell me what is the thread pitch on your coilovers and what steel to use for that purpose?

BTW Am only the one who's got that problem? Everybody run close to zero offsets? I thought that the more the offset, the better to your suspension, too positive scrub radius is a bad thing.

And also what do you think about rotating the bracket, it should give more clearance, but will cause some camber problems, I can adjust it by your FLCA, but the top bearing can work not properly

Im sure you are not the only one but this is the first request, so I am not seeing the demand to mass produce, we-or-you can do a one off using the lower mount for AE86 which is machined steel and then make the brackets to weld onto that part. You mean rotate the bracket to improve the KPI? make sure you dont fix the camber at the top mount and adjust camber on the lower control arm setting. BUT maybe you are over thinking this because you are running 9.5+30 that for sure does not require any wheel spacer because I have 9.5+15 and use a 5mm spacer for effectively 9.5+20 and no rubbing on the spring. Extended brackets also change the suspension leverage, just so many things that gets messed with its not worth it just to save some scrub radius.

Would be great if you could do it for me using AE86 mount, can you PM me the price?

P.S. Last week I received your 2012 FLCA and absolutely impressed with the quality and the look, the only questions I've got, what are the golden rings that were sticked to the arms? And what are torque numbers for the bolts?

there are basically 3 size bolts M6 M8 clamping the adjuster and M14 clamping the arms connection after settings are finished. You only need to tighten these the minimum amount it takes to get the adjustments not to slip after your settings are complete. Other than that the chromoly taper rod and the subframe mounts are very robust. The rings, thats for fine adjustment of the roll center/bump steer and ackerman. it goes on the top of the knuckle joint spherical bearing to give 5mm more spacing in needed (generally its not) I gave that gold ring to me girl, lol. The lower mounts will probably run around $200 per your spec.
