Oval Pipe 304SS 1.5mm wall 2"x3.8" 80CM length $80
3 inch Oval to Round transition 8cm length $35
Slip joint male and female sides with 2 springs $75

You can see here you save an entire inch of ground clearance over the 3" round pipe.
