Hey guys have a quick question

Is there a limitation to adjusting the traction without removing it from the subframe ?
Cuz I tried shortening it on car it shortens from one side only
And it's maxed out from one side

Do I need to remove from subframe to have more shorter

And as rule of thumb on lowered s13 i need to lengthen it right can u give a ballpark number

I'm running 17" and tires are covering the fender exactly
