I noticed there is an out of place wire on the first production run of gy6 motor swap harnesses.

Its a one minute fix shown on the following 5 photos:

Follow the grey wire for the controls back to this junction that has 3 black, 1 red, 1 grey wire.

Clip the grey wire as far into the tape as possible & re-tape the others.

Strip the tip of the grey wire you just cut, and attach a female .250 wide 16-14 AWG insulated female crimp on terminal
I'll send you one in the mail if you dont have one handy.

Plug it into the open make terminal on the flasher relay.

connect the other end of the grey wire to the grey wire on the OEM left ruckus controls as directed in the tag.

We are working on a bolt on rear frame / lowered seat / entended motor mount combo, and also a gy6 version of our exhaust if anyone is interested I'll post up pricing and availability when we finalize the welding fixtures, and go into production later.

Revised the frame jig to have the motor mounted for use with the dorby mesh love 12x8 wheel.

So if you like this style, this frame can now be made to order with the correct motor mounts for perfect bolt-it-on-and-ride alignment using the MAX gy6 4x4 bolt pattern hub and dorby 2 piece wheel.

Laser aligned to the new offset which is 10mm off the normal 3+5 offset because of the 2 piece design:

Welding the new setting in place:

Added tail light mounting surface for chrome glow flexible LED strip:
