just try going to parts shops and asking around for events. i know up garage usually did monthly, or at least bi-monthly stuff. hell, even the guy i talked to who worked at autobaccs was cool and kept asking me to go with him. once they find out your gaijin ass can drift they love you hahaha

how is the drift scene over there? is it still going on strong? I wanted to go next year my girlfriend has family over there and we wanted to eventually move to Japan. Just wanted to know if I could keep drifting the same or more if I move.

Drift scene here in Sasebo is kinda small. Only a few of us that drift. But about a hour away in Fukuoka its huge.
Plenty of places to slide around. Lots of moutain passes to have fun in or just go watch.

So I bent the frame of the Zenki while playin in a parking lot. Bought a 98 Kouki Q's Auto for $600. Swapped all the parts from the zenki onto it. Friend decided to crash it while I was in Thailand. Only damaged the bumper, fender, hood, and lights on the drivers side. He replaced it all and got me a carbonfiber hood. Picked up some XD9s and VS-XX both in 18x10 and a rollcage.
