OOOOWEE

The FC super angle front end parts set is here in limited supply. Send us your knuckle for modification and $1050 plus shipping for everything you need from us which includes:

~ Tubular steel Front Lower Control Arms designed for Steering angle clearance with two hole mounts for your S4 outer joints that are located 15mm forward and 35mm wider than stock (S4 FLCA outer joint is not included)
~ Double bump stops on FLCA to correspond with our knuckle modification included in this set.
~ Teflon lined Spherical bearing front and rear FLCA pivots.
~ Heim joint sway bar links
~ Rack to inner tie rod spacers
~ 45mm Roll center & Super steering angle Modification to your OEM knuckles, not a core exchange, we only work on your knuckles.
(If you find this inconvenient because you are an international customer, get a spare set on Ebay in the US and ship those to us.)

* We will not sell you the FLCA without the knuckle modification because they are designed to work together.
* You will need to use your OEM inner/outer tie rods and also your stock S4 FLCA outer ball joints with these, or purchase some Moog ones as shown but not included with the set. $47.79 ea. here http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/moreinfo.php?pk=204046&cc=1192340
* If you want to run low offsets and wide wheels like up to 17x10.5-12 up front with our angle kit here, we recommend JTP's 50mm fenders. ($550 front $350 rear)

Martin at our shop runs modified shine auto fenders (over 35mm wider than stock) with his 17x9+20 & 235/40/17 which would be the highest offset possible

What to do next:
~ Remove your OEM knuckles (spindle without hub, disc etc)
~ Send them to:

We know you guys with angle only modded knuckles want to buy the LCA separately from the roll center and angle MAX knuckle mod because you already have angle modified knuckles however lets not forget that the whole point of the cool FLCA designed with more angle clearance is to not hit things in the wheel well. When you do, it's like applying the brakes to 1 wheel and it makes you spin out. Our knuckle is better than your angle modified knuckle because A. It has the structure built in to use the double bump stops built into the FLCA. (Keeps you from hitting the sway bar) B. The roll center mod is a big handling advantage and bumpsteer is eliminated C. Who knows what kind of Ackerman your knuckle has and how that will play out with the fixed width and caster increase of the FLCA? You could end up with anti-Ackerman. When we do make the FLCA available separately in mid January you should also consider the Rackspacer included in the super angle kit. It's wider than any other Rackspacer out there to accommodate this FLCA width. The car performs better with the front sway bar installed for those of you that were forced to take it out before this parts release.

it was never adjustable. The FC needs some more stability than others so we added fixed increase of track width and caster so camber caster adjust is on the coilover lower mount oval hole and the coilover top hat in this application.

FC SUPER ANGLE KIT INSTALL

Martin's recommended order of installation step by step:

1 ~ remove lower control arm, knuckles and sway bar link and tie rod.
2 ~ take off the OEM outer tie rod rubber boot and clean out the excess grease & install your OEM S4 ball joint on the MAX FLCA
3 ~ install MAX knuckles, FLCA, Rack adapter and tie rod.
4 ~ set the ride height
5 ~ using the top plate set the camber
6 ~ set the toe on the tie rod
7 ~ connect the sway bar
8 ~ set the rear bump stop on both sides (this is the one we weld to the knuckle and this is the main hard hitting bump stop)
9 ~ steer until the the knuckle plate is hitting the rear bump stop hard when there is at least 1 CM clearance to the sway bar.
10 ~ set the front bump stop. It takes 2 people. One person has to steer all the way and the other person needs to make the setting based on observing 1CM clearance between the swaybar and rim
11 ~ the front side bump stop is going to hit the outer tie rod end, not hard but just as adouble asurance to not go past the point during flex when the car is at speed. The wheel will absolutely not hit the sway bar.
12 ~ make sure nothing rubs the front tires in the wheel well by being too low, what makes this kit perfect is that there is nothing rubbing and locking up the front

Martins setting is -4 to 4.5 camber and 1/8 inch total toe out, and more caster on the top plate. so the top plates are set at 45* pointing towards the center of the front bumper and the outsides of the firewall.

JTP has -4.5 to 5 degrees camber and less caster setting by orienting the pro top plates in the normal camber only horizontal setting.

Both of these settings are tested to have good steering wheel return since the FLCA has some additional caster built in, difference is personal preference, wheel size & fitment.
