I helped with a friend who was doing a 5 lug conversion and ran across a problem with wheel clearance. We were fitting work xd9 17x9.5 +17 and the inner lip of the wheel contacts the spring collar of the coilover. He is currently borrowing my front coilovers which have sufficient clearance from the wheel.
What solution will he be needing? is there a different bracket that position the coilover further away?

5mm slip on wheel spacer is the solution
